Shipping policy

FOR LBC SHIPPING: To track your LBC shipping, please go to https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/ and enter the tracking number we sent to your email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please expect possible delays in LBC deliveries in some affected areas due to ECQ / MECQ. Always check your delivery status using the tracking number provided in your email. Below are estimate delivery days:

NCR – 2 to 3 business days
Luzon – 2 to 5 business days
Visayas and Mindanao – 5 to 10 business days

For delayed shipping, please send us a message so we can help you coordinate with LBC with regards to the status of your shipment.

ALL LBC shipments are FULLY INSURED. For lost / unshipped items sent via LBC, please send us a message so we can help you coordinate with LBC customer care to process the full refund of your payment.

 

FOR GRAB/LALA MOVE/PERSONAL PICK-UP: Kindly wait for our confirmation via SMS before booking your pick-up. Our usual pick-up times are 1:00pm to 4pm, but there are times we need to adjust so better to communicate with us first and confirm before booking.

Currently, our pick-up address is:

We will only ship orders once payment has been completed and confirmed.

If you completed your payment using PayPal:
We will send a follow-up notification via email with your shipping tracking number for LBC; or text you your pick-up schedule (date and time) for Grab/LalaMove/Personal Pick-Up.

Please make sure that you put your email address and mobile number accurately in order to receive order notifications.

If you choose to settle your payment via Bank Deposit, please complete your payment within 24 hours to avoid order cancellation. Here are the steps:
